As a parent, it is difficult to make time for yourself, and even harder when your child has special needs.

Russell Salvatore and his business partner Mark Jerge especially understand this, as Jerge has children of his own that have special needs. That is why Salvatore has donated $8,000 to Sensational Fun in Orchard Park so parents can drop their kids off for free and have some well-deserved alone time.

Thanks to Salvatore’s donation, which he doubled from his previous donation, there will be two days a month when the childcare center will watch your children up to 2.5 hours for free.

Sensational Fun is inclusive, so parents can drop all their children off and everyone is welcomed and accommodated in a caring and therapeutic environment.

This opportunity can be a life saver for some parents, as it is difficult to find babysitters who can provide the extra care their child needs, or if they can find a sitter, they can be highly expensive.

Parents have said that with the extra free time, they can actually talk and spend time with their partner, go run errands, or even just grab some coffee and relax.
