With all of the buzz about John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place 2 being filmed in Buffalo, you may have forgotten that in October 2019, director Guillermo del Toro (known for his 2017 film The Shape of Water) paid a visit to the Queen City as well.

Del Toro met with Mayor Byron Brown at City Hall to discuss filming his new movie Nightmare Alley starring Bradley Cooper.

Well, filming begins this week on Tuesday, but where the cast and crew are filming is still unknown.

Along with Bradley Cooper, other cast members include Rooney Mara, Willem Dafoe, Cate Blanchett, Richard Jenkins, and Ron Perlman.
