NOBODY circles the wagon like the BUFFALO BILLS!
For the first time since 94, the Bills are back in the AFC title game, and you might ask yourself who we played back then? Well it was none other than The Kansas City Chiefs, which we beat 30-13 in Orchard Park! This time around though we are traveling to Missouri to Arrowhead Stadium. Regardless of where we are, we know the Bills Mafia will be in full force on Sunday!
The Bills are coming off a great defensive game over the Baltimore Ravens, holding them to only a field goal and keeping Lamar Jackson under 200 total yards. The Bills started slow on offense, with Josh Allen even saying after the game that some plays just weren’t in sync, and that they had to pick things up. That will 100% be true if they expect to beat the Chiefs this weekend. The Bills have all the weapons and with their defense really stepping up in the playoffs, I think people need to start talking about IF the Chiefs can beat the Bills.
I don’t speak for everyone in Bills Mafia, but I want Mahomes to play. If we are to be the best, we must beat the best, and that means a fully healthy defending Super Bowl champions team. These two teams last met In week 6 of the regular season, with the Chiefs winning a 26-17 game. Since then though, there has been no team hotter than the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen in the playoffs is averaging a 104.0 quarterback rating, He’s thrown for 530 yards with 3 TDs and a rushing TD to go with it. Let’s not forget about his favorite weapon, Stefon Diggs. Who has back to back 100+ yard games, catching 14/20 targets and 2 TDs. He has 8 catches of 15+ yards in the postseason and that leads all WRs. He also was the highest graded WR in the divisional round, leading with an 88.7 grade. Diggs and Allen are definitely putting their case in for the best QB/WR duo in the NFL.
I know I predicted the Bills vs Ravens to be high scoring and got met with a huge no, but there’s no way these two teams don’t combine for 60+ points, right?
Bills 34, Chiefs 31. In a game that will have everyone off their feet, shouting from the rooftops, and blasting fireworks high in the sky. Let’s go into Monday morning knowing we are in the Super Bowl.
